Retention periods must be defined by WARTA internal policy and contractual or legal obligations. Until backend/CRM storage is confirmed, retention remains unresolved and must be decided before production.

Frontend code does not confirm where a lead is stored after submission. If CRM, e-mail, analytics or hosting are outside Kazakhstan, this may be a cross-border transfer and must be reviewed and disclosed.
10. Cookies and analytics
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Yandex Metrica, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or other trackers were found in the current frontend code. If added later, this policy and consent UX must be updated.
11. Data subject rights
